(Warning Explicit Content)

Lil Wayne has a big impact on a lot of people today. This is one of his new songs and many people listen to it every day. His song is just a trend because he creates an image in this song.
Basically in this song Lil Wayne is setting off an image that to be cool you have to get a lot of money and smoke a lot of weed. Also he dresses in skinny jeans and lots of tattoos and since he is an icon that is a trend. Basically he follows the trend that all popular rap artists are doing at this point. This says that in America people look up to their icons and do what they say and wear what their icons wear.

Basically he is saying that he is smoking a lot of weed and getting a lot of money and getting a lot of girls. Also there is a beat in the background with a lot of base or also called a “slapper”. His goal was to portray that smoking weed and being high all the time is the image that you need to have if you want to be cool.

In the song he basically talks about smoking and being high. He is creating an image that to be cool you have to smoke weed and be high all the time. Also he talks about getting a lot of money. Which puts out the image that if you don’t have a lot of money then you are not cool. Last thing that he talks about some clothes that he wears which put out a style of clothes that people are going to want to wear. When he talks about getting high one of the main lines in the song is “I'mma blunt blowin' “. Also he is making a statement that having a lot of money is cool by saying this, “Big money, big money, deep pockets, Money talks “. Also he is stating a certain style so that people will want to go buy certain clothes by saying this, “skinnies and some Supras “ , these are a type of jeans and a brand of shoes. The people that look up to lil Wayne are going to want to follow his ways to be cool so the things he says in this song has effects on people.

I don't think I support Lil Wayne's rap because it encourages people to smoke weed to be cool. If people want to be REALLY cool drugs and sex are not the answer. I understand the ideology of how people like to dress like actors, actresses, singers, etc., and Lil Wayne may be one of the popular rappers of all time, but he made some rap music that makes people want to be like punks, and I think it's wrong.
